The Miami Dolphins have 14 draft picks, including three first-rounders, and haven't ruled out trading up for the No. 1 overall pick.

"I don't think you rule out anything right," Chris Grier said. "I think we're wide open to everything."

Miami currently has the fifth, 18th and 26th picks.

The New York Jets have not discussed trading Le'Veon Bell this offseason.

Bell is due to make $13.5 million in 2020. The Jets can move on from Bell after the 2020 season, when there's no guaranteed money left in his contract.

"There hasn't been talk as far as him going anywhere," Joe Douglas said. "We're excited about Le'Veon. Le'Veon has been a great teammate. I can't tell you how great he's been. ... We're excited to have him."

The Minnesota Vikings are not interested in moving on from Stefan Diggs this offseason.

"He's not only a major part of our offense and a major part of our organization winning games, but he also does a lot of things for this organization off the field," Rick Spielman said Tuesday at the NFL scouting combine.

"There's no reason -- the rumors or whatever you're talking about -- to anticipate that Stefon Diggs is not going to be a Minnesota Viking. When you have some of the offensive talent that we have, with him and [Adam] Thielen together, with Rudy [Kyle Rudolph] and Irv Smith, with Dalvin Cook and [Alexander] Mattison, we have a pretty good support cast around our quarterback."

Trade rumors involving Diggs date back to the first month of the 2019 season.

At the time, Diggs said he hadn't "communicated anything" about a trade request but that there was "truth to all rumors" amid the assumption that he was unhappy with the state of the offense.

The New York Giants are open to moving down from the fourth position in the draft.

The Detroit Lions, who own the third pick, have taken a similar position.

"Absolutely we're open for business," Dave Gettleman said on Tuesday at the NFL combine. "Again, whatever we do is going to be in our best interest. Trading back has its danger. What happens if ... we're at four. Let's say we trade back to eight. There are only four players that we like. What if they're all gone? Now what are you going to do? Trade back again? You can trade yourself back out of good players.

"But, to answer your question, we're open."

The Giants presumably already have their quarterback of the future in Daniel Jones.

"I've tried to trade back as the general manager," Gettleman said. "The value wasn't there. There was a player we really liked."

The Detroit Lions have spoken to multiple teams about a possible trade for Darius Slay, according to a source.

Detroit has been adamant about what it will cost to acquire the cornerback.

Conversations also include a new contract for Slay, who is entering the final year of his contract.

The Arizona Cardinals will not release David Johnson.

Johnson has a guaranteed salary of $10.2 million for the 2020 season, which means cutting him would result in a bigger cap hit. 

Steve Keim was asked about the status of Johnson and said "cutting him is not an option."

The Detroit Lions claim trade rumors involving Matthew Stafford are false.

A report from WDIV-TV in Detroit on Wednesday night claimed the Lions had been trying to trade the quarterback for a few weeks.

"100% False!!" general manager Bob Quinn wrote in a text message to Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press.

The Atlanta Falcons have considered parting ways with Devonta Freeman less than halfway through the running back's five-year contract extension.

Freeman is now through the three seasons with the highest dead cap numbers on his contract.

That figure drops from $12.75 million to $6 million in 2020, making his release and resulting financial burden easier to bear. Freeman's cap hit rises from $6.75 million to $9.5 million in 2020.

Freeman has played in just 16 games over two seasons, rushing for 724 yards and two touchdowns to go along with 433 receiving yards and four receiving scores.

The Detroit Lions are attempting to trade Matthew Stafford, according to a report.

Citing unnamed sources, the team has been trying to trade Stafford for a couple of weeks.

Stafford wife, Kelly, reacted to the rumors on Instagram. She placed the message "Well, if Detroit is done with us" over an image of a story regarding trade talk. On the next page, which mentions the Los Angeles Chargers, she adds, "I could stay in Cali."

The Cincinnati Bengals and Andy Dalton are willing to work with each other on a trade this offseason.

The Bengals own the first overall pick and are expected to select Joe Burrow.

Dalton is set to earn $17.5 million in 2020.
